Fish Processing
Fish processing at Middle Island Lodge involves cleaning, filleting, vacuum-packing, and flash freezing the fish caught by our guests. We then package the fish in airline approved double wall corrugated boxes. The process ensures that the fish is handled with care to maintain its quality, allowing guests to take home their catch in the best possible condition. This service is part of whichever package you choose.
